Hi mumma, you've come to the right place! I'm here to show you how you can prepare nutritious delicious meals without having to spend hours in the kitchen (and your kids will eat them!) I'll help you understand how you can use food and lifestyle to feel energised  and have the energy to move through the day with ease rather than "get" through the day. Are you ready to start feeling like you again?

I'm Mel. I'm a Holistic Nutritionist, a Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor, and mum of two kids. I know what it's like to feel like you're dragging your feet from sleep deprivation whilst having to juggle mum life. I also know how to use food and lifestyle to get you back to feeling like the Mum that you want to be.

My mission is to help you  feel energised and like you can tackle anything life throws at you. I'll give you the tools you need to increase your energy and leverage the power of your hormones to feel happy and full of vitality.

I'll be teaching you the exact steps I take my 1:1 clients through to use food and nutrition to balance hormones, feel less bloated and more energised, you'll be bouncing out of bed ready to take on the day! I'm not into "diets" and I don't use them with my clients. Just whole foods and lifestyle balance.

Recipe Library

You'll have access to a library full of my favourite, and my client's favourite recipes you can use to complete your meal plan for the week. They're all delicious (and toddler approved!) and easy to create. You won't have to spend hours in the kitchen. I'll be adding more and more all the time.
