I'm Mel. I'm a Holistic Nutritionist, a Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor.
As a mum of two, and business owner, I completely understand how little time you have to spend on nurturing your body and mind, and yet it’s the ONLY way to have the energy and mental clarity to feel on top of your game, and happy whilst getting it done. I have drawn on my knowledge as a qualified Nutritionist and my experience as a mum to bring you a solution.

I'll be teaching you the exact steps I take my 1:1 clients through to use food and nutrition to balance hormones, feel less bloated and more energised, you'll be bouncing out of bed ready to take on the day! I'm not into "diets" and I don't use them with my clients. Just whole foods and lifestyle balance.
You'll have access to a library full of my favourite, and my client's favourite recipes you can use to complete your meal plan for the week. They're all delicious (and toddler approved!) and easy to create. You won't have to spend hours in the kitchen. I'll be adding more and more all the time.
Everything we do to get you feeling healthy and energised will also help you to safely shed any kilos that have crept up on you while you were busy taking care of everyone else. It's not the major focus of the course, but a happy side effect!
